Description
This time we sat with Chemical Engineer Daniel Garza, currently working in one of the largest brewing groups in the world. He is currently working as a Process, Production and Planning Engineer.
We talked about lots of thing since we both graduated from an IBO High School in Monterrey, Mexico. Actually, we both selected Chemical Engineering as our Bachelor but in different universities.
He is a UANL – FCQ (Chemical Sciences Faculty) graduate.
We covered lots of topics, from brewing beer, being a recent graduate, landing internships and what it feels to work in a “dream job” such as in the Beer Industry. He also let us know about his side projects like home-brewing.
